055 - I asked ChatGPT to make a study program for learning about AI concepts.
This is what it came back with.
This is what it came back with:
Designing a study program for learning about AI in 10-minute increments can be an effective way to gradually build your knowledge and skills. Here’s a structured approach:
Week 1-2: Understanding the Basics
• Day 1-3: Introduction to AI: What it is, its history, and its significance.
• Day 4-6: Types of AI: Narrow AI, General AI, and Superintelligent AI.
• Day 7-10: Basic Concepts: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks.
Week 3-4: Dive into Machine Learning
• Day 11-13: Supervised Learning.
• Day 14-16: Unsupervised Learning.
• Day 17-19: Reinforcement Learning.
• Day 20-22: Algorithms Overview: Regression, Classification, Clustering.
Week 5-6: Exploring Deep Learning and Neural Networks
• Day 23-25: Introduction to Neural Networks.
• Day 26-28: Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs).
• Day 29-31: Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs).
• Day 32-34: Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
Week 7-8: Practical Applications of AI
• Day 35-37: AI in Healthcare.
• Day 38-40: AI in Finance.
• Day 41-43: AI in Autonomous Vehicles.
• Day 44-46: Ethical Considerations in AI.
Week 9-10: Hands-On Projects
• Day 47-49: Simple Machine Learning Project.
• Day 50-52: Deep Learning with a Dataset.
• Day 53-55: Building a Chatbot.
• Day 56-58: AI Ethics Case Study.
I’ve been combining this with the “2-sided interview” prompt from Issue 053 (link) to test my understanding and then save my answers after some refinement.
For some concepts that I was completely unfamiliar with, I asked ChatGPT to explain them to a 6-year-old, and then I would try to rewrite its explanation in my own words without referring back to it.
So far this process has been quick and I’ve been able to work on learning a new concept every day into my morning commute.
